What?  Win a workout?

I know what you’re thinking.  You’re thinking I’m nuts.  I mean, who wants a prize that makes you sweat all over the floor?  I DO!

We’ve talked a whole bunch about my love of my workouts, and my love/hate relationship with Jillian Michaels.  My daily workouts with her are my toughest, they are also my most rewarding and the ones I walk away from saying, “Yes.  I worked those muscles.  And those muscles.  And wait…you have muscles there too?!”  The workouts are THAT good!

Now, hopefully you’re already excited.  Hopefully you’re thinking of all the ways you can sneak a workout into your day and of some creative names to call her during the second circuit (because I promise you’ll want to call her something…).  Hopefully you’re already planning on wearing tank tops even in the middle of winter just to show of the awesome cuts in your arms…hopefully you’re as excited as I am!

For our OFS 5 Days of Giveaways – Day 2 I’m going to be giving away a copy of Jillian Michaels – No More Trouble Zones DVD.  I have 5 of her DVD’s (and one on order) and I LOVE them all, but this one just might be my favourite.  She covers all her bases – you get cardio, she works your arms, legs, butt, thighs, miscellaneous muscles you didn’t know you had and does it all in a way that is effective.

  1. I am yet to gain the balls to do a Jillian Michaels dvd! But the start of a new year is always a great time to make a good attempt at it especially seeing as I've finally given crocheting a good go!

  2. I do a very lazy sef-led yoga session most mornings and really just the last few days i’ve been craving somethign that would force me to truly get a work out. I was thinking of you, actually, when i thought how crazy it was to want to work out hahaha 😉 I’d love to try this so count me as entered for Day 2 giveaway! 🙂

  3. I would love this DVD because I don't have any of these muscles you are talking about….with the New Year just around the corner I could do with a good workout to find these muscles that I once had!!

  4. I’ve been doing Jillian’s Shred workout for a few months now. Would love another of her workouts to try. I can’t stand her, but her workouts rock. (I usually crank my own music and watch the dvd on mute!)

  5. I want this b/c I love her 30 day shred and have been wanting to try another of her workouts.

  6. I need to start working out-not necesarily for weight purposes, but for health purposes!
